02Information Officer Registration Certificates
In accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA), each Meridian company has a registered Information Officer recorded with the Information Regulator (South Africa). Certificates were issued electronically by the Regulator and are valid without a physical stamp; each can be independently verified on the Regulator's eServices portal at eservices.inforegulator.org.za.
